Victor Harbor, South Australia. Mt Breckan was designed in 1879 by William Minn as a holiday home for Alexander Hay. The mansion was destroyed by fire in 1909 and sold, re-built in 1912 as a country club but was taken over by the Government during World War II. It was refurbished in the late 1990s and used as a conference and function centre for a while before becoming a private residence again.
