One more incredible Chiang Mai Dragon piece to add to yesterday's beautiful group! Look at this hand painted mural! It was inspired by the Aquamarine color way and I think the result is amazing! I guess you could call this DIY but only if you are as totally talented as Danika Herrick of Gorgeous Shiny Things. You can read more about how she did it here!

One of my favorite little chairs that I've had made for several clients. The frame is from Chervan. And the fabric is Schumacher's iconic Chiang Mai Dragon. I had the upholsterer paint the chairs to match the red background of the fabric. Sectional is from Lee Industries. Rattan table - Red Egg. Sea grass wall to wall installation from Fiberworks. Cabinets in the background from Noir, but discontinued Dining Nook, Dining Room Chairs, Side Chairs, Dining Table, Office Chairs, Breakfast Room Green, Chiang Mai Dragon, Chairs Repurposed, Painted Chairs

I couldn't let it go. As hard as I worked on them and as much as I liked the back of my dining room chairs, I couldn't stop thinking about the Chiang Mai Dragon fabric. So, for Mother's Day and our Anniversary (and it probably needs to carry over to my birthday too!), I received 2 yards of this gloriously colorful bright fabric. A very kind designer friend offered to order it for me at her price, but it was still crazy expensive. Thus, several occasions worth of gifts! And I wouldn't trade…
