This is Lip scrub. it's made with sugar, honey, and Vaseline. I didn't have honey so i used strawberry jam. The point of the honey is to make it taste better. you just rub it on your lips like you would lip gloss and wipe it off when your done. after you should apply some chap-stick to let the softness sink in.
