After its successful premiere at the Sundance Film Festival, “Navalny” received an Academy Award nomination for “best documentary feature film”. We talked with the film’s cinematographer Niki Waltl, AAC about the making of the Navalny documentary.

There's nothing to truly say but that these humans are amazing. They run in the direction of destruction to save their community. It's inspiring and so sad to see how long this war has lasted.
