Deflategate What's the big deal? Ethan had 3 footballs 11 PSI, 13 PSI and 15 PSI. Three boys the same age threw and punted the balls. He wanted to see if the size of a deflated football really mattered. Since 13 PSI is the size NFL requires for game day!
