juvenile horn shark Last June our Husbandry Team acquired three spiraled horn shark eggs.  They have been developing in our lab on the Maddie James Seaside Learning Center over the past 7 months.   These youngsters were apparently too ecstatic about the holiday season that they emerged just in time for the festivities.  The third juvenile shark was born Christmas morning.  Length: 15-17 centimeters.
