Jordan Lips on Instagram: "If you don’t have a LEG EXTENSION⤵️  For all my peeps training at home dreaming about a leg ext  Here are 5 things you can do instead!  1️⃣ Sissy squats - Yeahhhh they look scary but with a hand holding on for support, some practice, and potentially a band to make it lighter they aren’t as scary as they look!!  2️⃣ Reverse nordics - Basically a kneeling sissy squat.
