1 stick of salted butter, 1 cup of Krusteaz pancake mix, 1 large can of peaches, 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons of cinnamon. Melt butter and pour into 9×13 baking dish. Mix batter and pour over butter evenly. Pour can of peaches with juice over batter. Sprinkle with pinch or 2 of brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 40 minutes. Perfect!
