i'm not really given to editorializing about my photos, so i'm not sure where this title for this photo came from. it could have been Ransom Riggs who titled it, as i found the scan contained in an email he sent me. anyway, Ransom liked the photo enough to scan it when he came to visit me, and he's going to use it in his novel "Hollow City," which is coming out towards the middle of January. there's a nice little article in today's New York Times art section, and they used this photo as one…
