I did this activity with my Toddlers and Preschoolers. We used real flowers for painting. While doing painting we also talked about different colors of flowers and it's shape and their favorite flower color .It's good activity for Spring theme .

How do flowers/plants grow project

This was such a fun project from beginning to end. The end result turned out really pretty as well. My 3 year old thought the extra flowers needed to stay on her picture.
