I’ve been color obsessing this Spring. Anything in pink or chartreuse has been calling out to me like an adorable little puppy telling me to buy it.

Description Finished skirt: 12" length (10.5" skirt body + 1.5" waistband), 24.75" waistband. Stretch poplin in caviar. Closes by 6" invisible zipper & 2 pairs of snaps on the left. Gold trim is pleather (PVC/cotton).

It is very easy to make a pleated skirt. You only need a long enough piece of fabric and an iron to set the folds in place.
