Need step-by-step directions on how to make Eclipse Glasses Plate for extra protection during the Eclipse next Monday, April 8th? We've got you covered!...

Dr. Tanya Altmann on Instagram: "It’s coming on Monday! A total eclipse of the sun.

Did you know that real solar eclipse protective glasses are so dark that you can’t otherwise see through them?

They are much darker than any sunglasses, even prescription ones you own.

This is because it’s very important to protect your eye and vision from painless and permanent damage that can come from looking directly at the sun with the moon blocking it, which is what happens during a total solar eclipse.

Teach your kids about the eclipse and how to be safely view it. Hope you make memories with your family.
