Studying the states of matter and how they change is one of our favorite science units! Every lab has a wow factor, whether we're inflating balloons by mixing vinegar and baking soda, or creating a solid from a liquid when we shake cream to make our own butter. (It's so good!) And you have to do the root beer float lab... it's a solid, liquid, and gas all in one treat!
