Target Muscle(s): Levator Scapulae (a muscle that runs down the side of the neck into the shoulder)How To Do It:1) Stand with arms length of a wall, facing it2) Place your left hand on the wall as high as you can reach, with your elbow above shoulder height3) Turn your head to your right shoulder, then tilt your chin down4) Hold for 10 to 30 seconds, then repeat on the other side
