It needs to set properly before being added to the cream cheese filling JELLY FOR THE FILLING: 1/2 pack of kiwi jelly 1/2 pack of raspberry jelly 1/2 pack of lemon jelly 1/2 pack of blueberry jelly (Or 2 whole packs of two of the colors if you don’t want to be left with 4 half packs 😂🙈) Prepare the jelly as instructed on the package (you can choose to reduce the water amount a bit if you want a sharper color and stronger flavor, but don’t reduce it too much, max 0,5 dl, otherwise, the texture will be completely wrong). We let the jelly set in 4 different loaf pans. I did make it with small people running around so you don't have a full demo reel but the recipe is here and pretty easy. Any Q just holler. And thank you to @matklubbentrondheim for the original inspo and recipe! I've tweaked it a tiny bit (for uk brands etc). But worked a TREAT. I'll do a proper demo reel soon. I'm thinking triantafyllo vibes - rose water jelly + mastic cream!
