Jan 17, 2015 - Despite the best efforts of Queen Victoria, Edward VII, Tsar Nicholas II and George V all loathed Germany's Kaiser Wilhelm II.

He is wearing an ornate naval uniform including epaulets, a sash and insignia. There is a pair of white gloves in his right hand and a sword by his side. Nicholas II was Emperor of Russia from 1894 until his enforced abdication in 1917. Along with his family he was murdered by the Bolsheviks in 1918.

Emperor Nicholas II with the dragon tattoo. The tattoo is a facsimile but it is the approximate shape and probably very similar to the one he had. I have no tattoos but if I were to get one it would probably be this.
