Some trainers call this stretch “shoulder dislocations”, but they don’t actually dislocate your shoulder… so don’t worry 😏😉   But it may be one of 🙌THE BEST SHOULDER STRETCHES🙌 if you’ve got tight shoulders and bad posture.   I sit at a desk for long periods of time and tend to round forward, so I keep this dowel in my office and do these periodically every day.   The key is to BE GENTLE!! Do not force this stretch. You might not be able to get all the way around yet, and that’s ok.   ✅ Start with your hands really wide on a broomstick or curtain rod like this.
