2-pc day dress of wine twill & ribbon printed cotton sateen w/ red, white & blue stripes c/o fitted bodice w/ vertically pleats to either side of CF hook & eye closures, chevron pieced CB w/ narrow peplum tabs, swagged bustle skirt w/ integrated apron overskirt, c. 1889, bodice B 29”, L 18”, skirt W 21”, L 40”, (minor discoloration esp. underarms, few thread pulls, few tiny holes, few loose stitches CB gathers) Deaccessioned by the Valentine Museum.
