Sushi Burger - ein glutenfreies Rezept mit Avocado und Lachs - Nicest Things

Sushi Burger sind der neue Hybrid Food Trend. Dieses Rezept ist einfach, glutenfrei und mit Avocado und Lachs besonders lecker. Sushi oder Burger? Nun muss man sich nicht mehr entscheiden!

Ingredientes: 1/2 taza de albahaca 1 diente de ajo 1 cda de nueces tostadas 2 cdas de queso parmesano 2 cdas de aceite de oliva 1 cda de jugo de limón sal y pimienta 450 gr de camarón pelado Poner la albahaca, ajo, nuez, queso, aceite, limón, sal y pimienta en un procesador de alimentos o licuadora hasta que quede suave. Marinar los camarones en el pesto por lo menos durante 20 minutos y refrigerar por una noche. Hacer brochetas con palitos y cocer en parrilla a fuego medio.
