When you have a sweet tooth and want to stay on track, here's a nice treat. No flour OR sugar! 3 mashed bananas (ripe), 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup raisins (optional), 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Oatmeal craisin cookie/muffin. only 2 points with WW PointsPlus.   My version of the recipe was: 4 ripe bananas mashed well, 2 cups of unsweetened applesauce, 3 cups of old fashioned uncooked oats, 1 tbsp of cinnamon, 1/2 cup of craisins. Mix all together, drop big ol' Tbsp full onto nonstick cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min :) Enjoy!!!
