Make Your Own Buttermilk

For 1 cup buttermilk, put 1 tablespoon of white vinegar/ lemon juice in measuring cup and add milk until the 1 cup mark. Let rest for 5 minutes and you have buttermilk! Stir and let sit for 5 minutes.
