Beverley Gail Allitt is a well-known serial killer who murdered four children and injured nine others that were in her care while working as a pediatric nurse. Her main method of murder was to inject the child with potassium chloride or insulin. Although convicted with death in nine cases, Allit attacked thirteen children over a sixty day period before being caught red-handed. She was sentenced to life
Tracey Wigginton was the only one of the four co-accused who pleaded guilty to the charge of murder, therefore there was no trial and few details were disclosed to why this incident occurred. On the night of the murder (October 20, 1989) she and two other woman lured a 47 year old man to a park and stabbed him 27 times, nearly severing his head. It was rumors about Wigginton having vampire tendencies and the reason for the murder was to drink his blood. She was sentenced to life in prison.
Holly Harvey and Sandra Ketchum, both teenage girls accused of stabbing one of the girl's grandparents to death. Holly 15, and Sandra 16, were both lesbian and killed the grandparents because they disapproved of the relationship. The grandparents was stabbed multiple times on August 2, 2004 in their home. Both sentenced to two life sentences in prison on April 13, 2005.
The stuff nightmares are made of: Maria and Delfina Gonzales would recruit prostitutes, through the guise of being maids. Most were force-fed cocaine and heroin. When they became sick, damaged in any way, lost their looks, they were killed and buried on the property. They also killed men who carried large sums of money. When the police searched the sisters’ property, they found 11 men, 80 women, and several fetuses.They were tried in 1964, and sentenced to 40 years each.
Kathleen Folbigg is another serial killer who murdered four children, three of them her own. She was arrested after her husband discovered her diary, in which she described her deplorable criminal acts in great detail. She was sentenced to thirty years in prison, even though she claimed during the trial that all of the children died of natural causes.
Monique Berkley, on December 18, 2005, Berkley and her husband went to see a movie before going to Millbrook Exchange Park for a romantic interlude, it was there two men shot and killed her husband , one of them being her boyfriend. She had planned the whole thing for insurance money. Sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole on September 25, 2007.
Erin Caffey, in the early morning hours of March 1, 2008, two men burst into the Caffey home in Alba, Texas, and embarked on a killing spree.The young children age 13 and 8 and their mother were brutally murdered. The father survived, suffer multiple gunshot wounds but managed to drag himself from the house after being set on fire. The mastermind, their daughter because her parents disapproved of her boyfriend. Sentenced to two consecutive life sentences, plus 25 years, on January 2, 2009.
Christine Paolilla was convicted of shooting four of her friends to death in July 18, 2003. She was 17 at the time of the shooting, three years went by before her arrest was made through an anonymous tip to the police. She was living with then husband who both was heroin addicts. In October of 2009 she was sentenced to life in prison for her crime.
X - A father who murdered his daughter's 16-year-old boyfriend in a jealous rage was executed on November 4, 2010. Phillip Hallford forced his then 15-year-old daughter, Melinda, to lure Eddie Shannon to an isolated spot in rural Alabama in 1987. He shot the teenager three times and threw his body off a bridge. Hallford was sexually abusing his daughter and became angry after she started dating Shannon.
The "Giggling Granny. "Nannie Doss (November 4, 1905 – June 2, 1965) was a serial killer responsible for the deaths of 11 people between the 1920s and 1954. She finally confessed to the murders in October 1954, after her fifth husband died in a small hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In all, it was revealed that she had killed 4 husbands, 2 children, her two sisters, her mother, a grandson, and a nephew.
Darlie Routier (1970-) Unhappy with life as a Texan wife and mother, Routier stabbed two of her three sons to death in 1996 before staging a fake break-in. Eyebrows rose even higher after she threw a posthumous party for her son's birthday at his gravesite, which she sprayed with silly string while laughing. She is awaiting execution.
Tia Skinner orchestrated the attack on her parents when two young men one of them being her boyfriend, enter her parents home from a window she left open and a ladder outside the house. Her father was stabbed to death, while her mother survived 26 stab wounds. Sentenced to life in prison without parole in July 2013.
Ria Ramkissoon starved her one year old son to death on the orders of a cult leader after he did not say "amen" before a meal. The cult leader, who called herself Queen Antoinette, had told Ramkissoon that her son needed to starved because he was possessed by an evil spirit. She was sentenced to 20 years for her crime on April 21, 2010.
