6 Moves for a Rock-Solid Stomach: Lower into a squat as you rotate your torso to the left and straighten both arms, reaching right hand to the floor and left hand w/ dumbbell to the ceiling. Maintaining upper body position, raise halfway up out of squat (pressing up with left side of torso), then lower back to touch floor w/ right hand. Return to start. 15 reps, then repeat sides.
