Spray paint pine cones to have that mercury glass look to them. Use Krylon Looking Glass Mirror-Like Paint on pinecones, add a little fresh or faux greenery to accomplish this look.*** 10/10** this link really doesn't tell you how to do this, but it's pretty self explanatory (try adding some white twinkle lights in the bowl or apothecary jar - so pretty!)
Dollar store glass dish, silver spray painted coffee beans. I used the Krylon version of a metallic paint. It was supposed to look chromed but instead came out more like polished aluminum. I still liked he effect, just would have loved them more if they had that mirror finish. Maybe next time I'll try a different brand.
