Ming-Na Wen. She voiced a number of a strong female characters (i.e. Mulan, Detective Ellen Yin) and has played multiple powerhouse characters. She's portrayed an FBI agent, a doctor, a judge, a senator, and she was just announced as part of the cast for S.H.I.E.L.D. Just seeing her name on the cast list makes this a must watch show for me.
