The Sacred Kingfisher (Todiramphus sanctus) is a medium sized woodland kingfisher that occurs in mangroves, woodlands, forests, and river valleys in Australia, New Zealand, and other parts of the western Pacific. In New Zealand the species is also known by its Māori name Kōtare.
Common Paradise Kingfisher (Tanysiptera galatea), also known as the Galatea Paradise Kingfisher and the Racquet-tailed Kingfisher, is a species of bird in the Alcedinidae family. It is found in Australia, Indonesia, and Papua New Guinea. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
