Lightly drizzle with olive oil and top with a piece of parchment. Using a frying pan or heavy skillet, smash each potato half into a 1/4-1/3” thick oval. Romina Bertinazzo • Easy Kids/BLW Recipes on Instagram: "CHRISTMAS CANDY CANE! 🎄 Ingredients: * 80g (1/2 us cup) of fresh raspberries * 1 tablespoons of Chia seeds (optional) * 1 sheet of ready rolled puff pastry * Optional: you can add 2/3 tablespoons of maple/agave syrup or honey (avoid honey for under 1s) to the jam to make is sweeter Method 1. Heat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. Crush the raspberries using the back of a fork. Add the chia seeds, stir and set aside. 3. Unroll the pastry and spread the raspberries chia jam over one half. 4. Fold the puff pastry to create a sandwich and press it gently with your hands. 5. Cut into strips, about 1.5/2 cm thick. 6. Twist each pastry strip and place on the prepared baking tray forming the candy cane shape
