Satay lovers this ones for you, my Creamy Chicken Satay Curry, this curry is packed full of flavour and truly a must try if you love Malaysian style curries. Lets go: 

Ingredients: Serves 4 (521 calories and 43g protein per serving)
1 large onion 
600g chicken thighs chopped 
1 tbsp minced ginger 
1 tbsp minced garlic 
3 tbsp smooth peanut butter 
400g full fat coconut milk 
Juice of 1/2 lime 
1 chicken stock cube crumbled 
1 tbsp soy sauce 
1 tbsp curry powder 
1 tsp chilli powder 
1 tsp sugar 
1 red chilli 

Method: 
- Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker, season well, mix together and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.

100g de beurre doux 
100g  de sucre vergeoise 
50g de sucre semoule 
60g de pâte a spéculos 
1 œuf 
1/2cac de vanille 
150g de farine 
1/2c de bicarbonate 
1/2cac de levure chimique 
1/2cac de sel 
120g de chocolat noir couper en morceaux ou des pépites de chocolat 
45g de biscuits spéculos concassées 

Faire  un beurre noisette avec le beurre , cuire jusqu’à ce qu’il devienne brun .

Filtrer il faudra obtenir 80g de beurre noisette.
Mélanger le beurre avec la pâte à spéculos. Laisser refroidir.
