Overnight Sourdough Monkey Bread
The BEST monkey bread, made with sourdough. This is a really easy dough to make (you can do it all by hand!), and the result is so soft. I like to start the dough in the afternoon, let it rise until the evening, shape it and roll it in the cinnamon sugar, then let it do the second rise overnight. In the morning, I make the caramel sauce and bake it.
the best sourdough cinnamon rolls you ever had
the best sourdough cinnamon rolls you ever had
These are the KING of cinnamon rolls. Truly, they are the best. If you've never made cinnamon rolls with your sourdough starter, you HAVE TO try it. This dough is easy to make, easy to work with, and it bakes up into gigantic cinnamon rolls that are robust and soft all at once; perfectly sweet and just a touch sour; and doused in icing (thank you very much!).

Sourdough Hot Cross Buns
Hot cross buns are a traditional Good Friday food, and here they are made with sourdough! These are soft and pillowy, heavily spiced with cinnamon, allspice, and orange, chock full of dried fruit or chocolate chips, and finished off with a piped cross + sweet glaze. You'll probably want to eat them year round! Good Friday Recipes | Easter Recipes
