Moroccan Chicken Bastilla - I finally tried this at home! I've been craving it since way back. This is pure comfort food. I seasoned the chicken and browned it first. Then, I sauteed the onions, garlic and ginger. I added everything that was supposed to boil after that to lock in the flavor more. I only used 1 lb (instead of 2) of chicken; 3 egg whites instead of 6 eggs; and sucanat instead of sugar. I was craving some pine nuts and juicy raisins with it, but kept it traditional.
