His show was on display in Fankfurt’s Museum Angewandte Kunst, curated by our founder Peter Zizka. Heine/Lenz/Zizka designed the communication media in friendly collaboration with Sagmeister & Walsh. Posters, postcards, newspapers ads on busses, all in vibrant yellow and velvet black brought word of the exhibition into town – bold, emotional, provoking a smile.

Zuzana Licko's typeface designs. "[Zuzana Licko and Rudy Vanderlans] met each other through enrolling in the same program at UC Berkeley and became married in 1983. VanderLans developed the magazine Emigré, which has branched into different forms, including going under the guise of Emigré Graphics, where Licko designed screen fonts for Adobe. Eventually, both would work on the magazine together, where Licko would design typefaces and VanderLans would design page layout."
