DIY: gluing activities for toddlers | Lovevery
Combining glue and two-year-olds is not for the faint of heart, but hear us out 😉 Applying glue to one side of a shape and sticking it to another piece of paper may not sound like cognitive development, but it is. DIY Activity: Toilet Paper Roll People
Here’s a very simple DIY activity for your 2-year old. Save some toilet paper rolls, draw some simple faces on them, and cut to top vertically to create some “hair”. Your toddler could colour the rolls, add in facial features (glue on some googly eyes, glasses or a moustache too). Then your toddler can give the toilet rolls a “haircut” with child-safe scissors 💇. This is a fun fine motor craft and great for scissor practice, too. ✂️
