Ontbijtrepen. Dadels, vijgen, cranberries, hazelnoten, walnoten, zonnebloempitten, pompoenpitten, pijnboompitten, lijnzaad. 2 handen dadels, vijgen en cranberries in stukjes en even verwarmen in pan met wat water. Alle noten en zaden in blender fijnhakken. Vruchten erbij en nog even malen. Op bakpapier rechthoek maken van ca.1 cm. 30 min in koelkast. In repen snijden en evntl door kokos rollen tegen plakken.
