High protein spinach artichoke pizza
- 1.5 cups cottage cheese (drained) 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt - 1/4 ricotta 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp onion powder - salt & pep to taste - 1 cup frozen chopped spinach - 1 jar of artichokes drained & chopped - 1 cup shredded mozz - 1/4 cup shredded parm Instructions: - In food processor or blender, blend together cottage cheese, yogurt, ricotta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pep. - Add blended cheese mixture to large bowl, and stir in chopped spinach, artichokes, and some of the shredded mozz & parm. - Once combined, add mixture evenly to pizza/flatbread/etc. top with more spinach, artichokes, and cheese. - Bake at 350 for 10-15 mins until melty. Broil for final 2 mins to brown the cheese on top.
