We served this wonderful Anne of Green Gables Raspberry Cordial at a dinner party on Saturday. It was intended as an elegant alternative to the wine and I noticed throughout the evening that my carefully selected Oregon wines were ignored by wine lovers in favor of this delightful raspberry drink. Well I can't really blame them - it is very good. You can make it with frozen raspberries this time of year. It would be perfect for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
