Smothered Chicken and Cheesy Potato Casserole with Bacon I pre cooked the potatoes before I cut them about half way and used cream of chicken soup instead of cheese ( bc that's all I had) and it was delicious!
Ingredients: Ribs (pork or beef) 2 cups bbq sauce + extra to brush 1 cup ketchup 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (you can substitute white vinegar) cup brown sugar 2 tsp Worcestershire dash of hot sauce salt and pepper to taste
Fall-Off-The-Bone Ribs. I have made ribs in a similar fashion using the oven, but am intrigued by the rubbing of lemon before adding the dry rub. I want to try her dry rub and bbq sauce as well! Her dry rub is eh.
