Organic Bruschetta from Aris | Ingredients: - 5 organic plum tomatoes  - 1 clove garlic, minced  - fresh basil, thyme, parsley - olive oil, salt & pepper - baguette bread |  Preparation: Chop the tomatoes into small pieces, add minced garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt & pepper. Toast the baguette slices, brushed with olive oil and garlic, in the oven.  Serve the toasted bread with the tomato mixture. Organic Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins   Perfect and healthy way to start your day!   INGREDIENTS 1 cup organic blueberries  2 eggs 2 cups oatmeal 2 bananas 1 teaspoon baking powder  INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 425 F. Line standard muffin pan with 12 liners and set aside. Mash bananas with a fork in a bowl.  Then beat in the egg and add the oatmeal, baking powder and mix well. Sweet Potato Rösti  • 3 Organic Sweet Potatoes from John • 2 cloves garlic • 1 teaspoon rosemary • 1 egg, sea salt, oil  Preparation: Grate the potatoes, add the chopped garlic, rosemary, salt, egg and mix  well. Heat a layer of oil in a pan. Use two tablespoons to put the potato rasp in the pan. Fry on both sides for 10 to 15 min.
