All slates used by me for my signs are old, recycled roofing slates; they are currently from the roof of an old firehouse located on Main Street in Baltic, Connecticut. Each slate was collected, cleaned, hand-cut and handpainted by me. All of my designs are original and I’ve been painting and selling my slates for over 25 years.
