Hard is not impossible!! I quit smoking recently - yes, a cancer patient that smokes. It felt almost impossible - smoking was my crutch as I was going through the transition of a new body and breaking up with my boyfriend. But, I kept virtually hugging myself every day and saying I'd get through the urges, and here I am - a non-smoker! I didn't do it alone.. I grab for my friends' and my angels' hands all the time.
