Rose Apple Pie Bites: Use Pink Lady apples if you can, if not, any firm red will do. Slice apples thinly, simmer gently for about 10 mins in 4c of apple juice & 2c sugar. Should be flexible, but still firm. Let slices drain well & cool in a colander. Cut thinly rolled pie crust into strips.
