I did my CPR refresher course today ✅ For any other PT's, just a reminder that you need to keep up to date with your first aid, CPR and CEC courses (that's what we call 'continual education' in Australia) They might not always be the most fun courses in the world, but they just might help you save a life one day!! ✌️️ This is my 'pre cardio photo' for today haha ....after this I just walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes and watched Netflix ✅ winning. www.kaylaitsines.com/app
