Most people have it exactly the other way around - They hope to somehow decrease their stress, so they can feel better and more relaxed. But by doing more things you truly enjoy, expressing your emotions and taking enough rest (in others words; increasing your well-being), your stress decreases automatically.  Taking all kinds of medication or supplements doesn't really help - they only focus on the symptoms, not on the underlying problem itself.
