Day???: I stopped counting the days after 60. What I can tell you about those 60 days is that some were harder than others. Food is my demon, and I use it and abuse it in times of distress. What I've learned that month was as follows: I'm not competing with anyone, I don't have a goal date, & I'm refusing to kill myself in the gym or starve myself everyday.
