This was a whale for Jonah....could be for an under the sea theme also. Made with two card tables, garbage bags, eye was a plate, tail was a garbage bag covered piece of cardboard. The mouth was a white kitchen garbage bag cut in strips, the blowhole was cotton batting around an oatmeal container. Lots of fun! :0)
