DEADLIFT FORM TIPS⬇️ 1. Lift in no shoes or flat shoes. I recommend no shoes. Why? Because you are closer to the ground so there is less range of motion. Also, shoes tend to have a narrow toe box, even if they are flat. Narrow toe boxes squish your toes & don’t allow for as strong of a foundation for your feet. 2.
