From Irma Kerkhoff~ Banana oat loaf (E) 2 cups oats, 3 soft bananas, 1/4 c greek yogurt, 1/4 c unsweetened apple sauce, 1/2 cup egg whites, 3 tbsp chia seeds, 1/3 cup truvia,1 scoop whey protein powder,1 tbsp baking powder,1 tsp baking soda,1 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla Blend all together and bake at 325 for 50-55 min.
