The Dutch court authorized the release of this close up of the Dutch sapphire tiara as worn by Queen Maxima of the Netherlands during the inauguration.

The Dutch Mellerio Sapphire Tiara was purchased in 1881 by King Willem II of the Netherlands for his wife Queen Emma. The tiara we know today was changed by Queen Maxima for the inauguration in April

Colloquially known as "Maxima's Stars",  Princess Maxima of the Netherlands wore this circa 1890 tiara on her wedding day.  The diamond stars, as you can see, are detachable to form brooches.   (This tiara was given Queen Emma in 1890. The source has alt pics, images of a 2nd Dutch star tiara, and star brooches in the Dutch royal collection).
