• 1/2 tsp Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
• 280 g Castor sugar
• 1 tbsp Cornflour / cornstarch
• 200 g Icing sugar
• 210 g Self-raising flour
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
• 60 g Sunflower oil
Dairy
• 160 g Block butter, dairy-free
Desserts
• 2 tbsp Raspberry compote
Liquids
• 10 ml Water
Other
• 40ml of aquafaba (see notes)
