I have found a lighter and can-able recipe so that you can put up the filling when you can find pecans at a great price.
Ingredients

• 1/2 tsp Coriander, ground
• 1/2 tsp Ginger, ground
Condiments
• 1/4 cup Lemon juice, bottled
Baking & Spices
• 1 cup Brown sugar, light
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
• 2 cups Sugar
Nuts & Seeds
• 3 1/2 cups Pecan, halves
• 1/2 tsp Walnut extract
Drinks
• 4 cups Apple juice non, sweetened
Other
• 1/2 cup Clear jel®
