Greek Omelette in a Pita What you need: 1 tsp. oil 2 Tbsp. chopped onions 1/4 cup chopped red bell peppers 2 eggs salt and pepper 2 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese 2 Tbsp. store-bought hummus 1 pita, cut in half Saute onions and peppers. Scramble eggs and add in. Cook. Put in the pita, top with hummus and cheese!
